        	  According to the April 2014 STR Global 
			  Construction Pipeline Report, the Asia Pacific hotel development 
			  pipeline comprises 2,321 hotels totaling 516,261 rooms. 
			  In 2014, 
			  430 hotels have opened in the region with 81,224 rooms. In the 
			  remainder of 2014, 497 hotels are expected to open with 98,513 
			  rooms. 
			  The Upscale segment is projected to open the most rooms, 
			  with 23,084 rooms in 113 hotels.  
			  Three other segments expect to 
			  add more than 15,000 rooms in the remainder of 2014: the Upper 
			  Upscale segment (18,524 rooms in 68 hotels); the Unaffiliated 
			  segment (17,194 rooms in 110 hotels); and the Luxury segment 
			  (15,525 rooms in 52 hotels). 
			  In 2015, 139,480 rooms in 600 
			  hotels are expected to open in the region. The most rooms are 
			  expected to open in the Upscale segment (41,554 rooms in 179 
			  hotels); the Upper Upscale segment (31,859 rooms in 117 hotels); 
			  and the Unaffiliated segment (23,118 rooms in 111 hotels). 
			  The under contract data includes projects in the 
			  In Construction, Final Planning and Planning stages but does not
