AirAsia has partnered with GrabTaxi, a Thailand-based taxi app.

While there are more than enough reliable and safe taxis in and around the capital city of Bangkok, the GrabTaxi app allows AirAsia passengers to use the app to hail a cab from anywhere in Bangkok and its vicinities for travel to Don Mueang Airport.

To celebrate the partnership the airline has launched a promotion that begins today (1 May) and extends to 27 June 2014. The promotion means that travelers making their way to the airport on Thursdays and Fridays between the hours of 4AM and 9PM will receive 50THB cash back.

Passengers need only contact the Ask AirAsia booth near door 2 on level 3 of Don Mueang Airport and present their GrabTaxi and AirAsia details on the day of their travel to receive the 50THB cash back.

The Promotion is exclusive to AirAsia passengers traveling to the airport. Terms and conditions apply.

The GrabTaxi application is free for download in both Thai and English to iOS, Android, Windows Phone and Blackberry Q10 and Z10 smart phones.
