Ritz-Carlton Bangalore Appoints DOSM

Mr. Shalabh Arora has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, India.

In his capacity as the Director of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Arora will be heading the sales and marketing division which encompasses corporate sales, wholesale, MICE, catering, conference services, marketing, public relations, revenue management and reservations.

With over 18 years of experience, Mr. Arora joins The Ritz-Carlton from his role as the Director of Sales, The Oberoi Group, North Mumbai, prior to which he distinguished himself in leadership roles in other Oberoi Group’s hotels in Kolkata and Chennai. He was also Head of National Sales with IHHR Hospitality Pvt Ltd for two years.

An Indian national Mr. Arora is an English honors graduate of the Delhi and Management Development Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
