Japan Airlines (JAL) and Qatar Airways (QR), both members of the oneworld alliance, will commence codeshare flights from 18 June 2014 on QR-operated flights between Tokyo(Haneda) and Doha.

In addition to JAL's existing codeshare service on QR-operated flights between Tokyo (Narita) and Doha, as well as between Osaka (Kansai) and Doha from 3 December 2013, the new codeshare flights between Tokyo (Haneda) and Doha will deliver more convenience to passengers connecting from domestic flights arriving at Haneda, and offer more options to passengers traveling to areas such as the Middle East, South Europe and Africa.

The two airlines are also looking at further ways they can strengthen their partnership to bring more convenience and enhance services to customers.
