AHS Signs 20th Hotel in Thailand

Absolute Hotel Services Group, the hotel management company and owner of Eastin Hotels & Residences, has signed a management agreement with Puranankarn Company Limited to manage a new property in Phuket which will be branded as the Eastin Yama Hotel Phuket.

The hotel is scheduled to open in the first half of 2014.

Eastin Yama Hotel Phuket is located in the center of Kata with views of the ocean and mountains.

The hotel will consist of 93 superior, 8 deluxe and 3 suites designed in a modern contemporary style with room sizes ranging from 38 sqm to 81 sqm.

Facilities will include a gym, a spa, and swimming pool with a themed restaurant and sky bar.

For meetings, the hotel will also have two meeting rooms that can accommodate group meetings from small to mid size.
