Chef Mario has been at the Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai for just one month, and will be hosting his first official wine dinner this coming weekend. It is his first chance to officially displays his talents to a select group of Chiang Mai residents.

Chef Mario has previously worked with 5-star hotels in Muscat, as well as in China and other countries around the world.
