Korean Air to Launch Direct Flights Between Seoul and Yangon

Korean Air is to launch nonstop flights between Seoul Incheon and Yangon, the largest city and the center for trade, industry, entertainment and tourism in Myanmar, from 13 September 2012.

Korean Airs new service to Yangon will be operated by Boeing 737-800 aircraft with Boeing Sky interior seating 138 passengers.

Korean Airs new service to Yangon will depart from Seoul Incheon every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 18:05 and will arrive in Yangon at 21:40 the same day.

The return flight will depart from Yangon at 23:20, arriving Seoul Incheon at 07:40 on the next day.

With a flying time of about 6 hours, the new Korean Air route ensures travelers from Americas, Europe and other Asian countries hassle-free journeys to Yangon via Incheon International Airport, allowing them to enjoy the various touristic resources in Myanmar.
