Greg Berman Joins eRevMax as COO

Greg Berman, former Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Hotel Bookings Solutions Inc. (HBSi), has been appointed COO of eRevMax International.

The owner of RateTiger, premium channel management solutions, has recruited the former Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Hotel Bookings Solutions Inc. (HBSi) to fill the COO vacancy previously held by CEO Michael McCartan.

Prior to joining eRevMax, Greg spent seven years at HBSi, a US-based Hospitality Electronic Distribution provider, where he was responsible for building and delivering all facets of the companys Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business to the global hospitality community.

In his role as COO at eRevMax, the experienced hospitality technology executive will be responsible for developing the commercial operations and product delivery in support of the business global expansion and market penetration.

The company has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, offering a diverse range of services to our global customer base. Continuing to expand the services we provide to our 5,000 hotel end-users which includes brands such as Accor, NH Hotels, and Kempinski remains our primary focus. Gregs experience and success in delivering scalable solutions in the fast paced hospitality technology sector will be invaluable, said Michael McCartan, CEO, eRevMax International. We are pleased to have him onboard to help build on the foundations of the achievements the company has made to-date.

Greg will be based in Atlanta with time spent in eRevMaxs core global locations Orlando, London, Kolkata, Bangalore and Singapore.

Greg has over 24 years experience in sales, marketing, information technology, software development, international business management and operations including delivery of enterprise business solutions, and cloud-based services. As eRevMax International redesigns its customer service to provide tailored account support and increases its service provision to hotels worldwide, internal systems will be upgraded to support the company for significant growth.

Greg has worked with many of the leading players in hospitality regarding electronic distribution including major brands such as Fairmont, Raffles, Swissotel Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, Caesars Entertainment, Las Vegas Sands Corporation as well as the major online travel and wholesale travel companies including Travelocity, Orbitz Worldwide, Liberty Travel and MLT Vacations.

He has also worked in positions of leadership at Fujitsu, Albion International and The Coca-Cola Company and holds a Masters of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas, Dallas.
