Nikko Bali Appoints Joy Cartwright as Director of Sales - Australia/New Zealand

The Nikko Bali Resort and Spa has appointed Joy Cartwright, who was previously the resort’s Director of Sales and Marketing, as the resort’s new representative in Australia, where she will hold the position of Director of Sales for Australia and New Zealand.

Joy will effectively start in November 2012 in Australia, where she will develop and maintain relationships with trade partners, wholesalers and retail agents, as well as attending trade shows on behalf of the company.

She will also be assisting in the development of plans for the resort, focusing on Australia and New Zealand, for the soon to open new facilities – the multipurpose function room, luxury villas and wedding gazebo that are planned to be up and running by early 2013.

“An expert like her is the perfect candidate for this role and we do believe that she will take us to the next level there again,” said Jean-Charles Le Coz, the General Manager of Nikko Bali Resort and Spa. “To continue the resort’s sales and marketing projects, we have appointed Peter Maurice van Peborgh-Gooch as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. This is a step we have taken to ensure “top of mind” awareness of the company in all markets.”
