Asian Aerospace has its sights on the booming
Cabin Interiors business in Asia Pacific.
A large number of cabin interiors specialists
were amongst the contingent of 1,400 Chinese airline delegates at
Asian Aerospace 2011 in Hong Kong, with their airlines operating
90% of the nation’s rapidly expanding fleet of latest generation
aircraft from Airbus, Boeing and Embraer.
Official endorsement from the China Aviation
Transportation Association and the powerful influence of the
show’s China Advisory Board greatly contributed to record
attendance this year, with even higher figures expected in 2013.
International airline representation exceeded
100 carriers that operate over 11,000 aircraft, which accounts for
more than half of the world’s commercial fleet.
“We look forward to launching a new initiative
for cabin interiors exhibitors at Asian Aerospace 2013. A
dedicated meet-the-buyer programme means that exhibitors will be
able to have pre-arranged 30-minute meetings with the quality
buyers of their choice, including all of the major commercial and
business aircraft manufacturers at the show,” said Brian Thomas,
Vice President Aerospace, Reed Exhibitions.
The continuing shift of global economic power
and influence to Asia in general, and China in particular, has
ensured the rise of Asian Aerospace to be amongst the top aviation
industry events in the world.
Asian Aerospace will return to Hong Kong 19 - 21
March 2013.
