Anantara Appoints Masstige Moments as GSA in Australia

Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas has appointed Masstige Moments as its General Sales Agent (GSA) in Australia.

Masstige Moments is run by directors, Juanita von Stieglitz, based in Sydney and Margi Jansma, based in Perth.

Juanita is well known in the Australian travel industry following a 30 year tenure at American Express Travel. During that time she was Head of the Membership Travel Services (MTS) business for the Japan / Asia Pacific region and led a team of 500 travel professionals across 8 markets. She also headed the American Express Vacations in the JAPA Region and was also part of the global senior management steering committee for this business.

Margi Jansma, Managing Director and owner of Luxury Travel Management, is also no stranger to the travel industry, and her vast experience spans over the past 25 years and includes tenures with South African Airways, Western Airlines, Swissair & Avis Rent a Car.

In January of 2011, Anantara had seven resorts in Thailand, two in the Maldives, one in Bali and two additions in the Middle East and is looking forward to the debut of nine new hotels and resorts in China, Bali, Thailand, UAE and Vietnam by the end of 2011.
