        	  GuestLogix, a provider of onboard retail and 
			  payment technology to airlines and the passenger travel industry, 
			  has established GuestLogix Asia Pacific which will operate from 
			  Hong Kong.  
			  Veteran airline industry executive, Tony Sit, 
			  has been appointed as Senior Vice President and General Manager of 
			  GuestLogix Asia Pacific.  
			  Mr. Sit holds an MBA and a Bachelor of 
			  Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from The Chinese University 
			  of Hong Kong. He began his career as a front-line aviation 
			  engineer and has since held a variety of senior sales and 
			  marketing leadership roles with Boeing subsidiary Aviall, SR 
			  Technics Switzerland, McKechnie Aerospace and Honeywell Aerospace. 
			   In his new role with GuestLogix, he will oversee market expansion, client services 
			  and regional solutions delivery. 
			  "Opening our Asia Pacific headquarters and 
			  adding a seasoned leader with a rich network of industry contacts 
			  to our team positions us to accelerate our growth in the region," 
			  said Tom Douramakos, President and CEO of GuestLogix. "With our 
			  proven track record of success in North America and Europe, we 
			  believe we can develop a leading market position. GuestLogix Asia 
			  Pacific will combine our global knowledge with local service and 
			  support and bring us closer to key channel partners." 
			  To solidify the company's presence across Asia 
			  Pacific, GuestLogix plans to also open regional offices in China, 
			  Singapore and Australia. It currently has a sales and support 
			  office located in Singapore.
