Travelport is now offering its popular professional networking site, Travelport Opinions, to travel agents in Asia.

The free online networking tool connects members of the global travel industry and harnesses their collective travel knowledge. Over 7,600 travel industry members worldwide have already signed up to the site.

Travelport Opinions connects travel professionals and draws on their wealth of travel knowledge and experience throughout the world. Using the tool, agents are able to create and search hotel reviews and pose questions to destination experts around the world.

Agents can also access a wealth of hotel related media including over 110,000 photos and 2,500 videos, all within a user-friendly, personalised interface. New functionalities include a people you may know application, latest activities of your contacts, groups, an improved email alert system and an enhanced forum layout.

Weve witnessed the success of Travelport Opinions internationally and were pleased to be able to bring this networking tool to agents in Asia. Travelport Opinions has fast become a valued resource for the travel community, connecting travel agents all over the world and empowering them to share their knowledge. Local agents will appreciate its easy to use interface and the role it will play in providing greater service and support to customers, said Simon Nowroz, Travelports President and Managing Director, Asia Pacific.
