New Hotel Manager @ Kiridara, Luang Prabang

Francis Fernandes has been promoted to take the helm of the charming 24-room boutique Kiridara Luang Prabang in Laos, as Hotel Manager. He was appointed Assistant Hotel Manager at Kiridara in May 2011.

Born in Mumbai, Francis' first job was on the pre opening team of the Centaur Hotel Juhu Beach, Mumbai. Six years later he started his international career moving to the Sheraton Doha.

The next eight years were spent in the Middle East with Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa Dubai and Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort, Fujairah (UAE) - both at pre-opening.

He then moved to the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa (Dubai), before relocating to the Maldives where for the next five years he held positions with One & Only Maldives at Reethi Rah Resort; Island Hideaway Spa, Resort and Marina, and Taj Exotica Resort and Spa.
