Hilton Signs Second Hotel in Vietnam

Hilton has signed a management agreement with Bach Dang Hotel Complex Trading Service Company for a new property in Da Nang city in central Vietnam.

Already under construction, the 226-room, new-build Hilton Da Nang will be located in Da Nang city, a major port city in central Vietnam and the third largest city in the country. Located on the East Coast of Vietnam on Bien Dong (the South China Sea), Da Nang serves as a vital trade hub in the region and is a thriving commercial centre.

The six main industrial parks in greater Da Nang house over 4,200 industrial companies. Da Nang is considered a strategic gateway city to Central Vietnam and also to other important Asian cities as the city has direct international routes to such key cities as Bangkok; Singapore; Seoul, Korea; and Osaka, Japan.

Hilton Da Nang will be close to popular tourist attractions such as the renowned Non Nuoc Beach and Marble Mountain. Da Nang is also handy to the neighbouring ancient cities of Hue and Hoi An, both popular tourist destinations due to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites found in both cities.

The hotel will form part of a large, mixed-use development. The first tower will comprise a 25-story Hilton hotel and there will be a second tower featuring office and retail space as well as serviced apartments.

Hilton Da Nang will have 226 guest rooms including an executive floor. The hotel will also feature an array of food and beverage outlets including a stylish all–day, dining restaurant, a lobby lounge featuring a café and a destination bar.

Leisure facilities will include an outdoor swimming pool, a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art health club and a spa.

The hotel's meeting and banquet facilities include six meeting rooms and a 450-sqm ballroom, all featuring the very latest technology, making the hotel the perfect venue for meetings and events.

The new hotel is the second Hilton hotel in Vietnam, joining the popular Hilton Hanoi Opera.
