The Fleming in Hong Kong launches Valentine's and CNY Promotion

The Fleming hotel in Hong Kong is celebrating Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year with a romantic dinner and room package for couples priced at just HK$1,488.

The special offer at the trendy Wanchai hideaway is valid from 12 - 15 February 2010, and includes a bottle of sparkling wine, welcome strawberries, a floral bouquet and box of chocolates, along with complimentary L’Occitane bath amenities and bathtub turndown with bath salt and scattered rose petals.

Complimentary tiger soft toys are also being presented to guests, marking Chinese New Year and the Year of the Tiger.

The HK$1,488 rate includes a 4-course Valentine’s Day dinner for two at the hotel's signature restaurant Cubix.

On the menu is a welcoming glass of champagne, and appetiser starters of Serrano ham, tian of crabmeat with avocado and King prawn with pimiento sauce.

Lobster bisque with pumpkin and ricotta ravioli introduces main course choices of grilled fillet of beef rossini of French duck confit with port wine sauce.

The menu is completed with a dessert combination of warm chocolate pudding with strawberry and mango parfait, plus petite fours and coffee or tea.

An upgrade to an Executive Room is also available for just HK$ 300 extra, making the promotional rate HK$1,788. The Valentine's Day menu is also served independently of overnight stay, priced at HK$1,088 for two.

Late check-out until 3pm is also included, subject to availability. The offer is subject to 10% service charge.
