The Hansar Samui boutique resort on Koh Samui in southern Thailand has launched a MICE promotion.

An idyllic venue for meetings, incentives and product launches for up to 90 guests, Hansar Samui offers 74 luxurious, beachfront accommodations with unobstructed sea views from every room, and super size private balconies with oversize daybeds.

Hansar Samui’s Meeting Package is available for a full or half day, and includes:

• Complimentary use of Azure Meeting room from 8.00am – 5.00pm
• High speed broadband wireless internet access
• LCD projector and audio visual equipment
• DVD player, plasma TV, whiteboard and flipchart
• Complimentary mineral water
• Snack bar (fruit jelly, assorted home-made macaroon cookies and pralines, mixed nuts, thyme flavored Calamata olives, home made taro and sweet potato chips)
• Tropical fresh fruit
• Free flow Elefin cappuccino, espresso, tea and freshly squeezed juice
• Two coffee breaks (full day – one for half day) and one lunch featuring a choice of one of Chef Stephen’s special set menus
• 15 minute foot massage per person (20% discount on additional Spa Bookings)

Rates for the meeting package are:

Full Day Hansar Meeting Package - Baht 1,800 per person/day (US$ 57nett) – minimum 15 guests
Half Day Hansar Meeting Package - Baht 1,400 per person/day (US$ 44nett) – minimum 15 guests

The Hansar Samui is situated just 10 minutes from the Island’s International airport, on the tropical stretch of golden sands and turquoise waters of Koh Samui’s up-market Bophut Bay.
