Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Tuesday, 31 August 2010

This coming October, Coral Suites – Al Hamra in Beirut will host the Lebanon chapter of the famous Harley Owners’ Group (H.O.G.) at the invitation of general manager Philippe Lamadieu, himself a member of the group and a keen motor cycle rider.

The second Lebanon H.O.G. tour will take place between 1 and 3 October 2010, and the Coral Suites – Al Hamra is offering chapter members the opportunity for a few days in the capital before and after the challenging three-day ride which takes in the Cedars and Faraya ski resort as part of the coast / mountain / valley route.

“The H.O.G. rides are a legend, offering amazing photographic opportunities to capture the sight of dozens of these magnificent chrome and leather machines sweeping through contrasting environments, from the mountains to the coast – and we welcome the opportunity as preferred hotel to play host to the group during this occasion,” said Mr Lamadieu. “I myself will be participating in the ride, but all members of our staff are also looking forward to entertaining this unique group of individuals, and we promise to offer safe parking for their Harleys.”

With a prime location in the heart of Beirut, the Coral Suites – Al Hamra is a contemporary hotel suitable for either business or leisure. The 100 rooms and suites feature kitchenettes, Wi-Fi internet access, underground parking, luxury bathroom amenities and 24-hour room service.
