Caesars Golf Macau, a leading Asian golf destination on Macau’s Cotai entertainment district, has confirmed that it will open its new 32,000-square-foot luxury clubhouse on 10 December 2010.

According to the company’s senior executives, the clubhouse and recently remodeled traditional links-style course - along with a number of new high-end offerings - will transform Caesars Golf Macau into one of the most distinctive leisure retreats in Asia.

“Caesars Golf Macau will represent a golf and lifestyle experience like no other in Asia,” said William Shen, Vice President of Asia Development, Harrah’s Entertainment. “Our goal is to provide an exceptional level of service for our guests, catering to everything from their tee time and restaurant reservations to ensuring that their stay in Macau is both memorable and first-rate. We're especially excited to be bringing the inimitable Caesars style to Asia for the first time.”

The new clubhouse at Caesars Golf Macau will be open to golfers and non-golfers alike, making it an ideal meeting point or retreat for visitors of all types. It will feature fine dining, including VIP dining and entertainment suites; a high-end golf lifestyle boutique carrying bespoke golf equipment and novelty gift items from international luxury brands; traditional and golf-specific spa services; facilities and amenities for weddings, parties and other events; and an executive boardroom.

Golfers can challenge themselves on the completely upgraded 18-hole, par 71 championship golf course which has been modeled to emulate the very best in traditional links-style golf courses. They can also hone their games at the first and only Butch Harmon School of Golf in Asia, run in partnership with Butch Harmon, considered one of the greatest living coaches in the history of the game.

Caesars Golf Macau has plans to host a tournament featuring Butch Harmon to commemorate the opening of the new clubhouse, but has yet to confirm details of the tournament date, participants, format, partners and potential charity beneficiaries. More on this to come.
