Thailand's IMPACT Muang Thong Thani has launched a “Choose & Chill”
Campaign to penetrate four main targets in the local and
international markets.
Designed especially for the MICE market, the main targets for the campaign are: 1) i-Exhibit
package for exhibitions from Thailand and overseas; 2) i-Hotel and
i-Con for local and international conference and meeting group; 3)
i-Live for entertainment and concert group; and 4) i-Celebration
for function organizer and corporate group.
“Impact’s 2010 business plan (April 2010 to
March 2011) is to meet the increasing demand and the fierce
competition of the MICE market. The launch, Choose & Chill, is to
draw more clients to experience a diversity of the exceptional
service especially made for MICE,” said Mr Paul Kanjanapas,
managing director of Impact Exhibition Management. “Without
wasting your time with several suppliers, our packages provide
total solutions, combining facilities and services for
conferences, exhibitions, expos, concerts, and entertainment
shows. Plus, our customers can accumulate their points with our
CRM Program, Impact Society Corporate Reward: “Partnership for
Success”, following our corporate culture which focuses on
offering customers services beyond expectation.”
Every package comes with special “Personal
Assistance” service. “Round-the-clock Meeting Assistance” service,
for example, is provided in i-Hotel and i-Con packages.
Apart from the services, customers are eligible to enjoy a special
offer at the IMPACT hotel.
The two-year campaign is being publicised through online media
and exhibition road shows, starting with Singapore and Malaysia in
September; EIBTM in Madrid, Spain in November and December; and
AIME in Australia in 2011.
The Choose & Chill
campaign expects to boost the sales by 10%. The increase
will be generated by all segments, divided into 3% from
international conference groups; 25% from local conference
groups; 2% from international exhibition organizers; 20% from local exhibition organizers; 2% from
international concerts and live shows; 15% from local
showbiz; and 25% from function organisers and corporate
groups.
IMPACT Muang Thong Thani offers around
140,000 square meters of floor space. It comprises four large
multi-purposed buildings, namely IMPACT Arena, IMPACT Exhibition
Center, IMPACT Convention Center and IMPACT Challenger Hall that
feature 13 exhibition and convention halls, one arena hall, two
large ballrooms and 34 breakout rooms. The venue also offers a
wide range of six restaurants and 30 international dining outlets.
The six outdoor and two indoor parking areas can accommodate more
than 20,000 vehicles.
