Starwood is aiming for an early 2011 opening of The St. Regis Bangkok. This development by Minor International PLC marks the first St. Regis hotel in Thailand and the Indochina region.

Located on the Rajadamri Road in the heart of the city, The St. Regis Bangkok is located in the citys key commercial corridor, worldwide corporate offices, high-end shopping and Lumpini Park, with BTS skytrain connection link to the station.

Occupying levels 12-24 of a 47-storey building that includes 176 guest rooms, 51 suites, and 53 residences, The St. Regis Bangkok combines timeless elegance with the cosmopolitan energy of a modern metropolis. The hotel will also be the first hotel in Bangkok to introduce the signature St. Regis butler service to all guests who stay in the hotel, as well as the first Elemis Spa in Thailand.

We are delighted to introduce The St. Regis brand to Thailand, said Andreas Oberoi, General Manager of The St. Regis Bangkok. The St. Regis Bangkok will provide the ultimate urban hotel experience, combining sophisticated style and amenities with unmatched St. Regis service. Setting a new standard for luxury in Thailand, The St. Regis Bangkok will be ideally positioned to cater to both influential business travelers and discerning leisure travelers.

Guests at the hotel will be able to experience gourmand adventures, savoring the very best vintages from the wine cellar, personalized indulgences at the exclusive Elemis Spa, to the well-appointed exercise room, inviting outdoor swimming pool and contemporary poolside caf. The St. Regis Bangkok will also feature a state-of-the art business center, premier meeting technology, function venues and bespoke butler event services.

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms offer unobstructed views of the city skyline and the greenery of the local parks and golf course. Rooms range in size from 44 square metres to 300 square metres for the signature suites.
