Dining by Design @ Rest Detail Hotel in Hua Hin

[HD videos below] The Rest Detail Hotel in Hua Hin recently launched a Dining By Design concept which is already is proving a hot favorite – not only with guests staying at the hotel, but also with people staying elsewhere in Hua Hin, as well as Hua Hin residents who want to celebrate a special occasion.

The program offers diners a range of romantic venue options whether in a private cabana on the beach, by one of the pools at the hotel, or elsewhere in the lush, tropically landscaped grounds. For hotel guests the options include a special set up in their room, suite or villa balconies, or in-room dining.

“The beach side option is the most popular,” said K. Jakri Rujirat, the hotel’s General Manager. “It is a unique setting; very memorable and romantic – something that guests and visitors cannot recreate at home. We often have guests book in advance for a special occasion such as an anniversary, and it’s very popular with our honeymooners. The program is also perfect for family and friends up to 12 people in the hotel grounds.”

Once the diners choose their venue they select from an extensive menu including freshly caught succulent seafood, BBQs, traditional Thai favorites and a range of other choices which can all be personalized to the client’s specific tastes. A fabulous range of wines and beverages are also available. The Rest Detail Hotel Culinary team then creates the ultimate dining experience with themed decorations including torch lamps, flowers etc.

Additional options to further enhance the experience include a professional photographer to capture the highlights, a DVD of the event, a 2 piece ensemble playing Thai Classical music during dinner, and a guitarist or violinist, adding further to the atmosphere.

The Dining By Design program can also be tailored for off site dining with picnics to be enjoyed on boat trips, the golf course or the near by winery.
