Wallace Wong Joins Travelport as Airline Business Development Director - Greater China

Travelport, a business services provider to the global travel industry, has appointed Wallace Wong as Airline Business Development Director for the Greater China region.

Wallace has a strong knowledge of aviation markets, with over seven years of managerial experience in the travel industry. Prior to joining Travelport, Wong was the Asia Pacific Regional Sales Manager at UBM Aviation Worldwide, where he successfully developed sales strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in the Indian Subcontinent and South East Asia. Wong has also worked for Singapore Airlines, taking up operational posts in Copenhagen, Denmark and Chennai, India.

In his new role based in Hong Kong, Wong will be responsible for developing and managing Travelport’s airline portfolios in the Greater China region. He will report to George Harb, Regional Director – Greater and Indo China.
