Travelport has appointed Sean Cummins to a newly created role as Country Manager. This position will focus solely on Australia and New Zealand, in recognition of the growing importance of these markets to Travelports global portfolio.

Cummins will be responsible for Travelports commercial operations in Australia and New Zealand, managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business development opportunities. He will report directly to Shelley Beasley, Travelports Managing Director, Pacific and Head of Solutions and Support, APAC.

Cummins brings a wealth of experience to Travelport having held senior roles in the region with Amadeus, Flairview and the Constellation Hotel Group. Seans passion and commitment to success, coupled with his depth and breadth of experience in the travel arena will be an excellent addition to our already robust management team in the Pacific region, said Shelley Beasley. Sean will play a key role in facilitating the future growth of our business in Australia and New Zealand and I am confident he will be a valuable asset to the local team.
