DiscoverCosta is a comprehensive online training tool that is filled with useful information. It is presented in a simple yet fun format, which will equip travel agents with the tools and knowledge they need to answer any questions customers may have. Through a series of interactive training modules – including information on the fleet, products and services, life on board and helpful tips.

The DiscoverCosta Online Training Program allows travel agency staff to:

- Increase knowledge about Costa Cruises even they have little time
- Update their knowledge when and where they want
- Increase their knowledge of the Costa Cruises’ product and in turn assist in increasing sales and answering questions from customers
- Become more familiar with the Costa Cruises’ product by watching in-depth video segments of the ships, products and life on board
- Print each module for future use or share with their colleagues
- Measure their test ratings with colleagues
- Give suggestions on how to improve travel agents’ services

In addition, upon completing all the modules, which have a point scoring system for users to measure their knowledge, travel agents will be awarded a diploma, certifying them as Costa Cruises experts.
