Priority Pass members have rated the SUMAQ VIP Lounge, Jorge Chavez International Airport, Lima as the Lounge of the Year 2010. This is the second year in succession that this lounge has been rated the best in the 600-strong lounge program.

It is truly amazing to win this award for a second consecutive year, and we are grateful to Priority Pass members for their acclaim. We really strive for the very highest service standards, and insist on a relentless attention to detail, said Sandra Bravo Goicochea, SUMAQ's CEO, Our commitment is to make your wait the best part of your day and we want visiting passengers to find all they expect from an airport lounge, and more.

The SUMAQ VIP lounge offers a range of services for travelers, including outstanding business facilities for those who want to work, as well as relaxation rooms with blankets and pillows and even showers.

Awards were also made to the highest-rated lounges in other regions of the world:

North America - Continental Presidents Club, Terminal E, Houston

Europe - Panorama Lounge, Zurich

Asia Pacific - KAL Lounge, Concourse A, Seoul Incheon

Middle East / Africa - Dilmun Lounge, Bahrain

The survey gets a huge response from our members all over the world and, with over 30,000 ratings this year, the awards reflect truly exemplary service standards from the SUMAQ VIP Lounge and our other award winners, said Jonathan French, Head of Brand at Priority Pass. Our members travel frequently and they spend a lot of time in airports. They value the opportunities that the best lounges provide to relax and also to catch up on work, away from the crowds.
