Finnair's Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Anssi Komulainen, 46, became the company's Senior Vice President,
Customer Service on Monday, 10 May 2010.
The business area's key functions are cabin
services and the Finnair Customer Care Center, which handles
telephone services and customer communications.
Komulainen has been in Finnair's
service 1989-1999 and again from 2001, when he became Managing
Director of Finnair Catering Oy and Senior Vice President,
Catering.
He moved to the position of Senior Vice
President, Human Resources in 2007. In terms of education,
Komulainen is a BA, Hospitality Management. In his new position,
he will remain a member of Finnair's Executive Board.
SVP, Customer Service Timo Riihimki has
resigned. Finnair is currently seeking a replacement for Anssi
Komulainen as Senior Vice President, Human Resources.
