One&Only Ocean Club to Host Physique 57 Retreat

The One&Only Ocean Club will host two four-night Physique 57 Retreats in the New Year; 13 - 17 January or 12 - 16 May, 2011.

Physique 57 is a vigorous and dynamic exercise method designed to rapidly transform your body with a proven cardiovascular program of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches. Interval training sets incorporate muscle-defining arm exercises, intense thigh and seat sequences, waist-chiseling abdominal moves and fluid stretches to create a long and lean physique.

Once a private estate, One&Only Ocean Club rests between miles of pristine beach and gardens inspired by the romantic grandeur of Versailles. While luxuriating in Bahamian paradise, participants will enjoy two daily classes with Physique 57 instructors, a Balinese-style spa featuring eight private treatment villas, outdoor meditation pavilion, extensive fitness facilities and nutritional cuisine by Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges.

The four-night Physique 57™ Weekend Retreat includes:

Package pricing starts at US$1,450 per person based upon double occupancy for a total of US$2,900.
