Marriott Grand Opens Two Properties in Tianjin

Marriott has grand opened the 368-room Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel and the 96-unit The Lakeview, Tianjin – Marriott Executive Apartments.

To celebrate their grand opening, the Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel is offering an introductory rate of RMB 770++ while The Lakeview, Tianjin – Marriott Executive Apartments is offering apartments starting from RMB 1080++ including breakfast for two. The promotional rates for both properties are valid until 31 December 2010.

Located in the central financial district, encircled by 12,000 square meters of landscaping alongside the tranquil East Lake and Da Lake, the hotel and apartments are within walking distance to the Tianjin Grand Hall, Tianjin International Exhibition Center and a 10 minute taxi ride away from Meijiang International Convention Center. Traveling to other destinations within China is simple with Tianjin Railway station merely minutes away, boasting high-speed trains to Beijing and beyond.

The Lakeview, Tianjin Marriott Executive Apartments has more space than deluxe rooms at five-star hotels, while providing the same convenience and services.
