The Feversham Arms Hotel & Verbena Spa in
Helmsley, North Yorkshire has been honoured with one of Britain’s
highest accolades, being named Hotel of the Year at the AA (Automobile
			  Association)
			  Hospitality Awards ceremony in London.
						The AA Hospitality
Awards recognise and reward some of Britain’s most
outstanding hotels, restaurants and pubs throughout the
						country.
The Feversham Arms Hotel & Verbena Spa is owned
and managed by Simon and Jill Rhatigan, who, with their dedicated
team, have worked tirelessly over the past five years to develop
the property from what was originally a pub with rooms into a
			  relaxing country-chic hideaway.
						“Words cannot express what
this award means to us,” said Feversham Arms’ owner, Simon
Rhatigan. “It is the ultimate accolade for both Jill and me, as
well as for our talented and hard working team.”
						Gary
Verity, CEO of Yorkshire’s tourism authority, Welcome to
Yorkshire, said he was “absolutely thrilled” to see a Yorkshire
hotel win this highly prized award. “The team at the Feversham
Arms takes service excellence to another level, so this
achievement is tremendous recognition of all their hard work and
determination to make the hotel the success it is,” he said.
