The deluxe 4-star Gold Swiss-Belhotel Dubai is now open. Comprising 184 guest rooms/suites, three food and beverage concepts, recreation facilities, business centre and meeting facilities, the hotel offers a value for money product targeting the middle market.

The Gold Swiss-Belhotel Dubai is located in close proximity to Dubai International Airport, Dubai Conference & Exhibition Centre, Sheikh Zayed Road and many of Dubais landmarks including the Jumeirah Mosque (a perfect example of Islamic architecture), Port Rashid, the popular Al Diyafah Street (offering local flavours and shopping) as well as trendy Beach Road (dotted with malls) which leads to the iconic Burj Al Arab.

The hotel is poised to become one of the citys leading 4-star properties offering five star quality with an affordable price tag, said Mr Nils Rothbarth, General Manager, Gold Swiss-Belhotel Dubai. The opening of Gold Swiss-Belhotel Dubai marks the introduction of the Swiss-Belhotel brand to the United Arab Emirates and the fifth hotel in the Middle East region for the group.

The low rise 184-room hotel building comprising five levels, was built and designed by Al Ghaith Construction in association with Diar Consult. Bangkok headquartered, Leo International Design Group created the contemporary styled interior design.

All 184 rooms and suites feature wall-mounted flatscreen 32 LCD TV with a variety of satellite channels, work desk with broadband internet access points, IDD telephone with voice mail, hairdryer, mini-bar, tea/coffee making facilities, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, full length mirror and 24 hour in-room dining and much more. 80 interconnecting rooms make the hotel an attractive option for larger families.

Offering a kaleidoscope of flavours, Gold Swiss-Belhotel Dubai is home to three food and beverage outlets, all located on the lobby level.

Senses is the hotels all day dining restaurant offering a venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Liquid Lounge is the hotels fantasy inspired bar and place for nightlife. Featuring live entertainment and an enviable cocktail list, the Liquid Lounge is the place to enjoy pre- or post- dinner drinks and party until the early hours. The Kebab Connection is the hotels specialty restaurant offering a wide variety of kebabs in an informal atmosphere. The design includes a red-brick feature wall intended to give the outlet a home-like ambience, coupled with an island food display beneath a 6 metre high sky-dome providing natural light.

Gold Swiss-Belhotel Dubai features a medium sized meeting room (9m x 8m), located on the lobby level which can be easily divided into two separate smaller rooms (4.5m x 8m) for more intimate gatherings. The total seating capacity is 30 in a boardroom setup.

The hotels recreation facilities located on level 5 include a gym and rooftop swimming pool. Separate ladies and gents Steam Room facilities are also available.

Other guest services available include: complimentary shopping centre shuttle to a leading shopping mall in the hotels vicinity; complimentary shuttle to the Jumeirah Beach Park; babysitting; laundry valet; limousine and car rental service; basement car parking; souvenir shop; same-day laundry and valet service.
