Bangkok Airways to Increase Flights to Phuket

Bangkok Airways is to add a 5th daily flight to Phuket from 25 October 2009 onwards.

To celebrate, the airline will launch a “Phuket Early Bird & Late Night Flight” promotion on the same date to offer special airfares for the first and the last flight between Bangkok-Phuket. The promotion is bookable until 15 November 2009 for travel between 25 October and 15 December 2009.

Under the promotion, a one-way fare will start from 640 Baht and a return fare from 1,280 Baht (excluding airport tax, fuel surcharge and travel insurance).

The first flight from Bangkok is by PG271 (08.10-09.35), and the last flight is PG279 (20.25-21.50). From Phuket, the first flight is by PG272 (10.25-11.50) and the last flight is PG280 (22.35-23.59).

Currently, Bangkok Airways operates 4 daily flights between Bangkok and Phuket.
