Accor is adding a further 5 Pullman hotels to
its growing network in Asia. The new hotel developments are
located in China, Thailand and Vietnam, adding to the current
network of 10 Pullman hotels and resorts operating in Asia and
extending the development commitments to 17 hotels.
Pullman Shanghai Pudong Zhangjiang will be a new
300 guest room hotel located in the high tech development and
trade zone in Pudong Shanghai. With three restaurants and a bar,
the hotel will also feature a swimming pool, health centre,
business centre and extensive conference facilities including a
650 sqm pillar less ballroom and six additional venues. The hotel
is scheduled to open in 2010.
Pullman Shanghai South will
open in June 2013 with 305 rooms. This new construction will form
a part of the Shanghai Zhongxing City project, comprising of
the hotel, office building and shopping mall. The hotel is
located opposite the Shanghai South Train Station with facilities
to include three restaurants, two bars, indoor swimming pool,
health centre and spa, business centre and 1000 sqm ballroom
and six meeting rooms.
Pullman Pattaya Aisawan (currently
Aisawan Hotel Pattaya) will be re branded at the end of 2009
following the completion of extensive renovations that have
already commenced. Renovations will see the addition of Pullman
identifying elements such as innovative food and beverage
concepts, Co Meetings and signature services such as Pullman Welcomer’s and dedicated Event Managers. This beachfront hotel
with 353 guest rooms is located on Wongamart Beach.
Pullman
Phuket Arcadia Naithorn Beach will be a new beach front hotel
situated at one of Phuket’s newest and most promising bays.
With 260 guest rooms and 20 villas, the hotel is just 15 minutes
from the Phuket International Airport. The hotel will open in late
2011.
Pullman Hanoi Horison after extensive renovations which
are due for completion in mid 2011, the Horison Hotel Hanoi
will join the Pullman network. The hotel with 250 rooms is located
in the prime city location on Cat Linh Street with close
proximity to the Gian Vo Exhibition Centre. The hotel has event
facilities to cater to 1000 delegates.
Today there are 10 Pullman hotels and
resorts throughout Asia and 39 around the globe. The brand is
on track to achieve its development ambitions of 50 hotels
globally by year end and 300 hotels by 2015.
