Director of Spa at Mandarin Oriental joins Int. Spa Association Board

Andrew Gibson, Group Director of Spa at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, has been elected to the office of the International Spa Association Board of Directors.

He will take on this role in October during the 19th annual ISPA Conference & Expo in Austin, Texas, United States. ISPA is recognized worldwide as the leading professional organization and voice of the spa industry.

Mr Gibson, who holds a B.A in Recreation Management and Environmental Conservation, has over 25 years experience in the spa industry. As Group Director of Spa for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, he is responsible for overseeing the design, development and operation of Mandarin Oriental Spas worldwide. He holds similar board positions around the world and contributes actively to further the standards and analytical data on the spa industry.
