        	  The Hilton Tokyo and the Embassy of Colombia are 
			  to jointly host a special gourmet promotion at the Hilton Tokyo’s 
			  Buffet Restaurant ‘Checkers’ from August 26 to 30, 2009. 
			  During this event guests will have the 
			  opportunity to feast on a wide range of authentic Colombian dishes 
			  at the lunch buffet (from 3,350JPY) and dinner buffet (from 
			  5,500JPY). 
			  In addition, a Colombian Salsa Dance event 
			  will be held at the ‘Marble Lounge’ on August 30, to celebrate the 
			  grand finale of the Colombian promotion. 
			  Colombia is the only country in South America to 
			  have both a Pacific and Caribbean coast. The rugged Andes 
			  Mountains form a geographic spine that divides the country from 
			  north to south. 
			  Sitting at the crossroads of Latin America, the 
			  country has experienced a wide range of cultural influences and 
			  this mixture of cultures is reflected in Colombian cuisine. 
			  For this distinctive promotion, diners can enjoy almost 40 Colombian dishes on the lunch buffet and 50 exquisite 
			  examples of Colombian cuisine served on the dinner buffet, all 
			  specially prepared by the guest chef Mr. Angela Gomez from Bogota, 
			  Colombia. 
						Guests will be able to try Colombian chicken and potato soup ‘Ajiaco’, 
			  the local dish of Bogota, or coffee braised veal, ‘Lomitos al 
			  café’. In addition, ‘Bandeja paisa’, a combination of cooked pork, 
			  beans, rice, accompanied by sweet fried plantains and corn bread, 
			  can also be enjoyed. For dessert, a delightful array of Colombian 
			  sweets using a variety of tropical fruits will be available. 
						On August 30, the hotel will also host a 
			  Colombian Salsa Night at the ‘Marble Lounge’, welcoming world - 
			  renowned Colombian Salsa dancer BETO, Grand Champion at the 
			  Colombian Salsa Competition for three consecutive years from 
			  2003, as well as the world champion at the International Salsa 
			  Congress in 2007. During the event, guests will be invited to learn 
			  world - class dance techniques, enjoy the show and dance all 
			  night for only 3,500JPY per person.
