Conrad Singapore Enhances Bubbly Selection at Sunday Brunch

Conrad Centennial Singapore’s 24-hour restaurant, Oscar’s is adding two tiers of champagne choices - Moët et Chandon and Veuve Clicquot - to its popular Amazing Graze Sunday brunch from 1 July 2009.

Diners now have the option to complement the brunch with a free flow of their preferred choice of champagne as well as wine and beer. Other beverage options include unlimited serving of Chandon Sparkling or French Green Apple Sparkling juice.

The brunch menu features an array of culinary delights prepared by a team of creative chefs.

Highlights of the buffet spread include:

• Breakfast favourites like cereals and pastries

• Caesar salad and Conrad salad bar, featuring an array of fresh garden greens with choice of  condiments and dressings

• Fresh seafood offerings like oysters, prawns, lobsters from the Crustacean station

• Sushi and sashimi

• Asian and Western soups

• Roast carving of the day

• Local and international dishes

• Tasty Asian soups like laksa, bak Kut teh and tom yum with freshly-made noodles from the popular noodle bar station

• A variety of tempting desserts

Oscar’s offers both indoor and outdoor dining. Amazing Graze Sunday brunch is available on all Sundays from 12 noon to 3pm. Prices are:

Sin$138 per person, with free flow of champagne, wine and beer

Sin$108 per person, with free flow of Chandon sparkling

Sin$85 per person, with free flow of French green apple sparkling juice

Prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
