John L Eaton joins Grand Millennium KL as General Manager

The Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur has appointed John L  Eaton as General Manager.

John L Eaton’s career in the hospitality industry spans a period of over 30 years, starting in 1971 with Hyatt, Four Seasons, Starwood, and Marriott International.

Eaton’s countries of experience include Thailand, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Korea, New Zealand and Europe amongst others.

Prior to joining the Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur, Eaton was the Chief Executive Officer of a hotel consulting and management services company specialising in the development of new hotels in Russia. A large part of his career encompasses planning, development, refurbishing and opening of international-quality hotels and resorts.

He holds certifications in Hotel Management and Marketing programs at both College and University levels. Eaton is also an honourable member of the ‘Catering Institute of Australia’ and the ‘La Chaine Des Rotisseurs’.
