Regal Airport Hotel in Hong Kong launches Full and Half Day Meetings Promotion

The Regal Airport Hotel Meeting & Conference Centre, the only airport hotel directly connected to the passenger terminal of Hong Kong International Airport, has launches meeting packages available from September to October 2008.

Full Day Meeting Package - HK$480 per person daily includes:

- Meeting room from 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks with assorted pastries and savories
- Options of set menu in a seperate function room OR at any restaurants at the hotel OR buffet lunch at Cafe Aficioando
- Standard meeting equipment including whiteboard, flip chart with markers, microphones and more (subject to availability)
- Standard meeting amenities
- 30% discount on photocopying at our Business Centre
- OM Spa FREE hand or head or neck massage during coffee break (subject to availability)
- Shuttle bus service can be arranged at a special rate

Half Day Meeting Package - HK$400 per person daily includes:

- Meeting room from 9:00am to 1:00pm OR from 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Morning OR afternoon coffee break with assorted pastries and savories
- Options of set menu in a seperate function room OR at any restaurants at the hotel OR buffet lunch at Cafe Aficioando
- Standard meeting equipment including whiteboard, flip chart with markers, microphones and more (subject to availability)
- Standard meeting amenities
- 30% discount on photocopying at our Business Centre
- Shuttle bus service can be arranged at a special rate

The promotion is valid from September until October 2008 and prices are subject to 10% service charge per person. Packages are applicable for a minimum of 15 persons per meeting.

The Regal Airport Hotel features extensive meeting and conference facilities including 31 function rooms and one of the largest pillarless hotel ballrooms in Hong Kong which occupies 1,000 sqm.

Other various-sized meeting and conference facility includes the HK$13 million built Executive Conference Centre which consists of 13 contemporary meeting rooms with a capacity range of 16 persons boardroom style to 140 persons theatre style. All meeting rooms are equipped with business centre facilities and services, as well as state-of-the-art audio, visual equipment and wireless facilities that are ideal for different kinds of corporate meetings, corporate lunches, cocktails and group gatherings.
