Sub Aqua Dive Center opens First Office in Phuket at Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa

Guests at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa can now include the Andaman Sea as their holiday playground with scuba diving company, Sub Aqua Dive Center, opening its first office in Phuket at the resort this month.

“Phuket is a very popular among divers from around the world and while this is Sub Aqua’s first office in Phuket, the team they have assembled here has strong local knowledge with a reputation for safe and responsible diving,” said Mr. Roger Branstma, Director of Operations of the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa. “Our guests who have always wanted to try scuba now can learn in the convenience of the resort with Sub Aqua’s experienced and knowledgeable team. For the more experienced guests, there is the convenience and security of having on-site experts.”

Sub Aqua Dive Center is introducing complimentary water activities exclusively for the guests of Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa including a free introduction to scuba diving lessons at the pool every Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. For the younger guests, the bubble-maker activity will be held at the hotel’s pool every Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Sub Aqua Dive center plans to introduce a range of new diving activities for hotel guests in the months ahead, including Marine biological seminars, diving and snorkeling equipment sales and rentals, classroom courses, special facilities for photographers and water programs for children.

Classes and diving instruction are also available in many languages including English, Swedish, Italian, French and Thai.

With more than 35-years in the diving industry, Sub Aqua Dive Center is known as a leader in the dive industry and is credited with being a  pioneer in key dive locations in Sudan (1972) and the Maldives (1974) as well as developing Non-Limit-Diving and innovative techniques such as NITROX to their diving programs.
