Global corporate travel management consultancy, FCm Travel Solutions, has appointed Ms Suyin Lee as its new general manager Asia
Pacific.
Following her success as FCm's former general manager Greater China, Ms Lee is now responsible for driving the company's development
and growth strategy for the entire Asia Pacific region.
Based in FCm's global headquarters in Brisbane, Australia, Ms Lee will guide the deployment of FCm's operational systems and technology
solutions, further strengthen supplier relations, and focus on sales growth and retention of existing business. She will also enhance
training and development strategies for the company's regional network, to underpin strong operational performance.
Ms Lee
has substantial working knowledge of the Asian travel market and more than 15 years' senior management experience.
Prior to being appointed as general manager Greater China in 2005, she held senior positions with FCm's global parent company, Flight
Centre Limited, for five years.
"Asia Pacific is where our global business originated and where we are experiencing an ongoing increase in demand for corporate travel
services," Ms Lee said.
"The region's business travel market is very much on the rise and, as a
whole, maturing in its approach to strategic travel management. My aim is to
ensure FCm can provide a complete and integrated service to clients from
anywhere in Asia Pacific, supported by strong service platforms, technologies and industry alliances."
