Taiwan Travel Agents attend Abacus Taiwan Conference

Taiwans leading travel agents have turned out in force to sharpen their business edge and debate the future of travel industry at this weeks Abacus Taiwan Conference.

Hosted by Abacus Taiwan General Manager Mr David Chen, the Abacus Taiwan Conference saw leading industry experts share their perspectives on a broad range of hot topics from capitalising on cross-straits traffic to changes in corporate travel and the impact of online bookings.

Themed Seize the Future for Your Business, speakers at the Abacus Taiwan Conference included Yao Ta Kuang, Travel Agent Association of ROC Taiwan, Brian Chou, China Airlines Vice-President, Jason Wang, Lion Travel President, William Chua, Meritus Mandarin Vice-President, Shane Brett, Sabre Airline Solutions Managing Partner, Christopher Fay, Saatchi & Saatchi CEO, Scott Blume, CEO Zuji and Gregor Lochtie, American Express Business Travel Vice-President and others.

Abacus Taiwan General Manager Mr David Chen said, We are really pleased to see the great response from the Taiwan travel trade; the number of attendees was 20% more than expected.
