China Southern Airlines has
launched two weekly non-stop flights from China’s southern gateway city, Guangzhou, to the northeastern
Japanese city of Sendai.
The flights depart Guangzhou every Wednesday and Sunday morning, arriving in Sendai early afternoon.
Known as the ‘city of trees’, Sendai is a modern, green city, with its tree-lined streets, abundance of parks and beautiful scenery along the
Hirose-Gawa River.
Sendai is the 10th Japanese city to be added to
the airline's growing network. In addition to Sendai, China Southern Airlines operates frequent flights to Japanese destinations including Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka and Nagoya.
