Wyndham launches Women On Their Way Program for Associates

Wyndham Worldwide has expanded its innovative Women on Their Way program to include career development, leadership training, work/life  balance seminars, mentoring and networking for Company associates.

The Women on Their Way Associate Program will include mentoring circles, workshops on topics surrounding health, family life, and work/life balance as well as career development classes, seminars and networking events. The goal of the program is to help female associates to advance within the company while creating a culture of camaraderie, support and teamwork.

The internal program will also have a password protected website and online community where company associates can interact. The site provides associates with a forum to meet fellow employees around the globe while learning more about the Company and businesses.

Women on Their Way is an online resource for business and leisure travelers to find everything they need to plan and book their next trip. The website includes expert advice on destinations, hotels, timeshare resorts and vacation rentals, plus special deals and packages.
