Starting in November, flights will be available to Orlando, a new Lufthansa destination in Florida, the 'Sunshine State', from just 499 euros, while fares to the popular West Coast city of San Francisco start at 599 euros.

Or, how about a visit to Jackson in the state of Wyoming, the jumping-off point for Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park? Return fares start at 619 euros. Follow in the footsteps of Elvis in Memphis, Tennessee from 559 euros. Palm Springs in the California Desert, the perfect place to spend the winter, can be reached for as little as 629 euros. The fare to San Antonio, one of the oldest settlements in Texas renowned for its beautiful old town, starts at 559 euros.

The special fares for Lufthansa flights to the 100 US destinations listed are for a return flight in Economy Class from Frankfurt or Munich. Flights can be booked until 29 September 2007, depending on availability. Tickets are valid between 1 November and 13 December 2007, and from 24 December 2007 to 29 February 2008.

Refreshingly, the fares quoted above include all taxes, fees, surcharges and the Lufthansa Ticket Service Charge of 15 euros for bookings made online.
