Hertz Australia has expanded its fleet of large luxury cars with the addition of the new Holden Statesman V6 sedan.
The new Holdens are being introduced progressively, initially in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and will complement the existing fleet of luxurious Ford
Fairlane sedans in the Hertz fleet.
"Large luxury vehicles are popular with business executives, and with leisure travellers seeking both space and style," said Wayne
Burgoyne, Director of Sales and Marketing for Hertz Australia.
The new Holden Statesman offers features including a spacious cabin and leather seat trim, a six-disc CD player, dual-zone climate control
and eight-way electric adjustment of the front seats.
For driver convenience, the Statesman has front and rear parking sensors, sound system controls in the steering wheel and headlights
which automatically switch on in low light or at dusk.
And for safety, the car has features including six airbags, fog lamps, rain-sensing windscreen wipers, anti-lock brakes and electronic
brakeforce distribution.
