The St. Regis Hotel, New York is to offer four full floors (8 11) as exclusive residential dwellings. This is the first time any of the deluxe guest rooms or suites in the Beaux-Arts building will be available for sale.

The introduction of St. Regis Residence Club, New York, Inc. follows the success of the St. Regis Residence Club, Aspen, the first fractional offering from the St. Regis brand which set a new benchmark for luxury fractional sales when a four-week membership was sold for over $1 million.
