Tiger Airways and Visa launch Kids Fly for Free promotion

Tiger Airways has teamed up with Visa to offer free seats for children of Visa card members who book flights during the promotional period that runs until 9 April 2006.

The promotional offer, available only to Visa card members, allows a child to travel for free with every adult booking. To qualify, each child must be between two years and under 12 years of age. The travel period is from 1 June to 30 July 2006 and includes travel to all of Tiger Airways 16 destination.

June Seah, head of acceptance for Visa International Asia Pacific said the offer was part of Visa’s ongoing effort to promote regional tourism, and bring greater value to cardholders in the region. “Visa’s partnership with Tiger Airways has provided Visa with the ability to offer flight promotions that bring families together through travel.”

Tiger Airways currently serves 13 cities in seven countries - Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Macau SAR, the Philippines, Australia and Indonesia. This will increase to 16 destinations when the airline flies to the Southern Chinese cities of Guangzhou, Haikou and Shenzhen next month.
