Qantas to assist OzJet Passengers

Qantas has said it will fly stranded OzJet passengers free of charge following OzJet's announcement that it was to cease operating from Monday evening.

Qantas Executive General Manager John Borghetti said, "We will carry free of charge up until 24 March all OzJet passengers who have already commenced their journey.

"For OzJet passengers who have yet to fly, Qantas will offer Economy Class seats at the same fare," Mr Borghetti added.

OzJet passengers wanting to take up either of the special offers would require proof of purchase of their OzJet tickets, and should contact Qantas on 13 13 13 by 17 March.
