Air India opens Toll Free Number in Mumbai

Air India has opened a toll free number, 1600 22 77 22, to facilitate easy and round-the-clock access to its Reservations Offices in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Bhopal and Indore.

Calls to this number are handled by Customer Service Agents who provide all travel-related services such as, effecting reservations and re-bookings, and answer queries pertaining to flight information.

The toll free number is at present accessible for users of landline and mobile phones of MTNL and BSNL. Users of other mobile and landline service providers, such as Orange, Airtel, Tata Indicom, Reliance etc. may call on (022) 25489999. 

Air India said it plans to gradually extend the toll free service to other Indian cities.
