Radisson SAS Hotel, Dubai Media City, a newly constructed property, will have 246 individually-designed contemporary style rooms, including five luxurious suites equipped with Wireless Internet Access (WiFi).

Dubai continues to grow in stature as a regional business and leisure hub and its important that Radisson SAS is part of that, said Jean-Marc Busato, Vice President Middle East, Rezidor SAS Hospitality.

New breed hotels incorporate all the Radisson SAS values, including the Yes I Can spirit of service that is synonymous with the brand, with the addition of technologically advanced facilities and a contemporary design ethos. The design concept was created by Singapore-based IMA Interiors, which specialises in boutique hotels and high-end residential developments.

Individually-designed themed rooms and a new focus on innovative architecture as well as stylish bars and restaurants are the cornerstones of the new breed properties, said Siegfried Nierhaus, General Manager, Radisson SAS Hotel, Dubai Media City.

And with ten meeting rooms, an executive lounge and a fully equipped business centre, the hotel will have all the necessary services for international corporate travellers coming to Dubai. Were forecasting an occupancy rate of 80% in 2006.
